bangun lambat berpunca dari toksin?

so ape cerita hari ni? well macam biasalah i punya rutin hari2..hantar anak - pergi kerja - balik kerja - ambil anak - balik rumah - tengok tv sekejap - tido

tapi hari ni i bangun lambat la pula. hampir2 pukul 8am tu. memang kelam kabut juga lah hari ni. dengan tak gosok bajunya lagi. ape2 pon i mandi dulu. mandi pon kene laju2. hehe..

just now i ada terbaca tweet friend list i dalam twitter. dia kata dia bangun lambat then bos dia kata mungkin toxin banyak lepas tu dia di sarankan minum air green tea. untuk buang toxin tu lah kan. yang kita ni tak tau pon menyampuk la tanya. then member tu kata mungkin kot. dia pon tak pasti lepas tu dia sharing2 pula link 10 ways to detoxify your body. so? lets check it out :)

10. What is the most important way to detoxify? "Exercise," says Bennett. "Yoga or jump-roping are good. One hour every day." Also try qigong, a martial-arts based exercise system that includes exercises specifically for detoxifying or cleansing, as well as many other exercises with specific health benefits.

hahahaha...dalam english la pulak kan. mana2 yang tak faham tu boleh la refer kamus oxford fajar keluaran dewan bahasa dan pustaka tu. hiks :p
